Excellent staff and massage. I asked for “hard” pressure, and it was just right. Reasonable prices for the setting.
Always a nice luxurious hotel spa experience. A nice quiet relaxation room before and after. The shop is nice as well. Staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. IMHO my favorite spa in KC
