If you need help to get out of an abusive or coercive situation, please contact this place. This an amazing place. There is real help for you at the Sojourn. Amazing staff that will actually protect and help you work through the mental part. This place is saving lives.

Not the best place to go if you want to feel safe from abusive behaviors (especially if you’re African-American and raise your voice a little when you feel threatened by others). I’ve literally never felt more discriminated against in my entire 22 years of existence, this place is NOT true or trustworthy. The staff are too laid back and office bound to keep the residents safe from the inevitable consequences of orchestrating a community type environment.
