Buyer Beware! Love the bike- comfortable seat and the handle bars are great since they curve and come towards your body. Had for less than a week and the battery started to decline, would go 5 miles on PAS 2 and it would drop down to five bars and then shut off. Have called the store too many times to count, no response. Can't even ride the bike anymore, need to purchase a new battery - after spending the money for a new bike, I shouldn't have to buy a new battery within 30 days for an additional 300+. Very unfortunate!
I found this bike place on OfferUp a few days ago. The owner was super nice and the service was awesome. Their prices were pretty fair too. What really convinced me to buy was their promise to back up the bike with service if anything goes wrong. I’m really happy with the deal.
Buyer beware, Bought a bike 30 days ago. Cash and carry . Battery has stopped charging and not working on display correctly. They found a bad fuse inside the battery still not working, They told me that it was an old bike and needs a new battery after 30 days ? Warranty is non-existent there.. Still working on the problem Don't know whats next. Bike only has 82 miles on it.
