Absolutely terrible!!! Do not purchase from this seller. Battery that came with my fat tire beach cruiser stopped taking a charge. They sent me a new one. Second one stopped working after a month or so. I called and the owner did a diagnostic over the phone. Said I need another battery, $250, which I had to purchase. With new battery, bike would not move, called in for diagnosis. Owner told me to check one of the main wires to the motor. Once properly reconnected, bike worked and both batteries worked. I bought a battery from their website, and before they shipped it, they called me to ask for photos of my bicycle and the old battery. I sent pictures to them, and they honestly told me that the new battery I wanted was incompatible with my bicycle, so they refunded me that same day.
Very helpful after the sale. No run a round.
