Buyer beware, Bought a bike 30 days ago. Cash and carry . Battery has stopped charging and not working on display correctly. They found a bad fuse inside the battery still not working, They told me that it was an old bike and needs a new battery after 30 days ? Warranty is non-existent there.. Still working on the problem Don't know whats next. Bike only has 82 miles on it.

I ordered a couple of disk rotors for a project and had to cancel. Sohoo Bike called dme back and cancelled the order right away. They were very friendly. I would recommend trusting Sohoo Bike with your order.
I purchased 3 bikes from them. Drove all the way to Chino 3 time for one of the bikes, had battery problem, the had motor problem then had battery again, so last time he put a battery from another bike and said don't worry if any issue let me know. Well that same battery having issues and needs to be replaced. Called them and they said I have to buy a battery. This bike now is obsolete.
