We bought a Patara desk chair several years ago that we love. I guess our dog did as well as he chewed a hole in the seat cushion. I reached out to sohoConcept to see if I could purchase a yard of material. Yulia, the Manhattan Showroom manager, was extremely helpful and, to my surprise, offered to send us a free replacement cushion. That's so much more than we ever expected and we're so grateful.
Initially there was an issue with 2 chairs which the retailer refused to acknowledge. I contacted Soho Concept and they were extremely helpful. They provided excellent communication, verified the problem and resolved the issue in timely fashion. After service is so important in terms of selecting a manufacturer and Soho Concept exceeded our expectations. Thank you!
