The brunette female working Sunday afternoon was very condescending and rude. No customer service skills she didn’t initiate asking us for help and when we asked to try things on or other questions she answered in a sarcastic rude tone. Other suit stores we went to in the centre were quick and keen to help. Perhaps she was having a bad day hope she feels better soon!
My Partner walked into the store today with a vision of what he thought he wanted and Lee really helped him find what worked. He was super patient with everything we threw at him and we ended up with exactly what we needed. We really value great customer service and staff that not only know their stuff but can also have a chat and match ur vibe. Can’t thank them enough. PS. I’m having a hard time trying to talk him out of going back to buy the custom skull jacket ;)
We wandered in early Saturday evening looking for a formal jacket. Other suit stores had been very busy but there was no one here. We had to ask the assistant for help. He was not very forthcoming and made us feel like we were bothering him. When we asked for the correct size, he looked extremely reluctant to find one. Dropped in on a whim because the collection of vibrant suits on sale caught my eye, walked out with 2 amazing pieces and a great experience had all round. Shoutout to Ralph for making the whole process a dream, I could not recommend him and the shop more highly.
Enzo & Ralph were very lovely to deal with. Incredibly kind and very helpful with a great depth of knowledge. Many thanks to both of them!
