Fantastic experience, got a custom suit made with Lee, he went out of his way to make the suit of my dreams and it turned out better than expected, great service. If you need anything special done as a groom, I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Bought 5 suits for our wedding, never received a phone call when our products were ready. After contacting them apparently they had had our order for quite some time. We collected the suits and left the centre, we received a phone call stating that they left a pair of pants in the back room. Once home we went through every suit bag and notice they also missed the grooms vest… but we had all the pants? Went back to the collect ties which they had prepared. Avoid, go someplace else, the customer service from one of the team members are horrendous, the attitude and posture of this individual was not professional, went to take my business someplace else, i had high expectations from this place when i walked in as i wanted to purchase items from this place but was disappointed as i walked out. I was quite serious about the questions and queries i had and was expecting them to help me to full extent but was given rude customer service. Wasn’t engaging enough to me.
Lee’s expertise and eye for fashion is undeniable! Under his guidance, he helped our bridal party look cohesive while making sure the bride and groom still stand out. I highly recommend Lee as the other staff in the store seemed very disinterested in helping us on multiple occasions.
