Enzo sorted me out with a great 3 piece suit at a great price quickly and effectively. Knowledgable, friendly and efficient staff who offered easy lay-by terms. I was served by Lee when I collected who was friendly and quick. Would recommend and will purchase again.

Horrible service, dealt with Leigh with the glasses, very arrogant and rude, poor customer service, had no empathy to help me. Went into the store for a refund with the receipt, refused to give a refund even though I had the receipt and the suit was purchased the day before. Their policy is no refund but only stated on receipt after you purchase, there is no sign in the store or near the registers that claims this policy. Do not recommend

Bad customer service at Chadstone store at least Richmond where more helpfully. Salesperson at Chadstone should do a course on customer service. Can't give under 1 star
