We recently had SoHo replace a chain for one of our horizontal roller blinds. They have now replaced another one. These blinds are several years old. SoHo kindly replaced the chain, again at no charge. Superior customer service!! Thanks
We had a great experience with Charan. he was friendly, professional, and did an amazing job installing our new blinds. He carefully removed the old blinds and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Everything looks perfect now. Highly recommend his work.
We have blinds that are several years old. One of the metal beaded chains broke. SoHo very kindly replaced the chain with the newer plastic chain at NO charge. Great customer service. Thanks
