She did my taxes for 2 years. BOTH times she did NOT submitted the file by April 15th even though I did my taxes in March. She just simply forgot! So I got fine from IRS for $50. She is NOT a kind of person that cares about her customers. Maybe so busy and she is just trying to get you out of the room and go to next person.
