My massage was ok, but one thing that ruined our experience is when the lady at the front desk demanded a specific amounts of tip from me. I don't have any issues leaving a tip for service that is exceptional. However my experience was far from that when she seemed to almost beg and hustle me for what she thought i should pay. That is very unprofessional and really off putting.
