Really good service
They never called back when I left a message. Hang up on me at least three times. My husband was the one dealing with them and they were great with him, but once my husband passed, those ladies were not professional at all. The last thing made me decide to go somewhere else is that I started the process for the CPP pension with them, they asked me to pay which I did, gave them all the documents needed in October 2025, and I just found out that they started the process in May 2026!!! Do not believe the reviews, they have a horrible customer service. They expect you to wait indefinitely. Just do not value anyone’s time. Terrible.
