horrible services. I went to file my taxes on the 17th and I still haven’t received my refund back so I was wondering why and I called them to find out they didn’t file it until March 23rd but when I asked how long it’ll take they said up to 10 business days, if I knew my taxes wasn’t gonna be filed right away I would’ve never came and did my taxes here they don’t communicate with their customers that they don’t file taxes right away because when I asked they said they file it the same day not a week later. I’ve gone here 4 times. The last couple times Ana has helped me and has been amazing. She goes above and beyond making sure I have everything and is very patient with me. I used to just drop my taxes off at other places and settled for the bare minimum not knowing any better. So I’m super thankful to have found a trust worthy tax consultant. Even though I’m no longer in Brampton, I will commute the hour just for her. Thanks Ana :)
Friendly and amazing service!
Ana Jorge was a great help in doing our returns today. Very patient and understanding. In fact there was some confusion regarding our Slips and she said better check with our financial institution and then file. Very satisfied and will go again next year!!!
