I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received at this location. I've been waiting almost 2 month for my tax return, which is completely unacceptable. My file was mishandled with multiple errors. I was asked twice to come back and re-sign documents because of their mistakes, wasting my time. On top of that, incorrect information was submitted to the CRA causing unnecessary stress.
