I had a horrible experience and wouldn’t recommend this business. Communication was poor and pricing lacked transparency. When I called to book my tax appointment, I asked about cost and was told it would be discussed during the appointment. At the appointment, the person handling my return kept checking in with the manager, and when I asked again about pricing, I was told we had to wait until the manager got off the phone.
