We order their plush velvet embossed pouches to hold our products and the pouches always turn out wonderful! The customer service is very helpful, responsive, and kind. Couldn't recommend them more!
I ordered a batch of velour drawstring bags for my small business. If I'm being honest, the first print run I received was exactly what I ordered, but I wasn't given any feedback on the logo submission and the print job came out looking kind of scratchy. After giving the company feedback, they agreed to reprint my order if I sent them back, and the second wave of bags looked even better than I had anticipated.
