We are sheltered in place we have no money coming in yet...it should be soon..So I called softcom I have been their faithful customer for years. They said they would not turn me off..What did they do shut us off. I called several times and asked if i could make half a payment cause thats all we can do right now. She tells me she will get bk to me???? I wrote cooperate have not heard anything, so I called them back again softcom an asked to speak to a supervisor, and they said there is no manager or supervisor on site. WHAT K... read more

I would rather spend hours on the phone talking on the phone with the cable company than ever deal with the customer service support for Myhosting.com again. And that really says something! Because my cable company is infamous for its wretched service. I've been a classic customer of Softcom's Myhosting.com since 2002, and part of the reason I waited so long to move to GoDaddy is that I just knew it my bones that it would be a stressful hassle. Where to start...SOFTCOM has terrible customer service and terrible internet service. They charge an outrageous amount of money for service that is below sub par. I cannot they are still in business. Refused to give refund for service after being told I would receive one. BEWARE of this company as they are sneaky with fees and will not give you the customer service a paying customer should receive. Also, they threatened me with small claims...who does that? This terrible company.
