If I could rate them ZERO stars I would. This has been the absolute worst customer service experience I have ever had in dealing with a company for the last 20 years. It's astonishing this company is still in business. Almost 2 months ago I was sold a server by one of their sales guys Blake that lo and behold DIDN'T EVEN EXIST. I was told the server would arrive in 3-5 days and when it didn't show up I call only to find out the server didn't existing and I would need to order a different one.
