The food is delicious and the staff was wonderful! Highly recommend
Their customer service is horrible. The sales rep I initially worked with was wonderful. It was actually the owner that had poor customer service skills. I went to pick up 2 orders and one of them was "out of stock." They didn't call or email beforehand even when I called to inform them I was on my way to pick up. I understand that items / food sells out, but it's also customary to apologize. But a simple apology was never given. Instead there were several microaggressions that occurred (I am a Black small business owner). I... read more
