After moving to Sarasota a few months ago, I recently went into Soft Square to check out the furniture since I heard wonderful things and boy they were not wrong! Furniture is absolutely beautiful and the place is stunning! I was met by a wonderful salesperson name DeAnn who was very engaging and lovely and definitely knows about furniture and what they sell! When I get settled I will definitely get things going! I’ve got my eye on some things!
If I could give 0 stars, I would, and in fact will be pursuing other formal avenues of feedback given my appalling experience. All of thisstemmed from the owner, Teliee, not being able to deliver an unstained and non-defective piece of furniture that I bought under customary conditions from Soft Square end of last year. Instead of providing me with the replacement for my damaged furniture, (promised in writing by Ivan, who was a wonderful store manger at the time, back in August ‘25) the owner, Teliee, refused to honor the s... read more
