Made an appointment 2 weeks prior for a timeframe of 1pm-4pm on 2/11/2021. Was supposed to receive a phone call from the tech 30 minutes prior to arrival. Took a half day from work to be home for the appointment. At 3:30pm, I had not heard from anyone. I called and spoke to a customer service/sales rep who said they contacted the tech, and the tech would call me with an ETA shortly. I received no phone call. These guys were the best! Super respectful when they entered the house and followed CDC guidelines for COVID-19. They quickly identified the issue and explained why we were having it. In taking out the washer and dryer combo, they did not damage wall or molding. Would highly recommend Cummings Duct Cleaning Co. and will use them again when we need the dryer vents cleaned.
This was my 1st time using this company and I was highly impressed with the service I received. We recently bought a house and had it remodeled. Cummings Duct Cleaning Co. has not only great pricing but exceptional customer service and integrity. This crew came out in short notice and did above and beyond what was expected of them with a furnace cleaning and air duct cleaning. They were willing to work around our schedule so as to not inconvenience us. All of these great reviews are a testament to the quality service this company offers. I highly recommend this company!
I had Cummings Duct Cleaning Co. come out to check my furnace and for place for the year and I allowed them to visit when I was out running errands and when I came home in no way was I able to tell they had visited except for my pilot light was lit and furnace was ready to go. They also checked my fireplace and charged me nothing because it was not in need of being cleaned. I know they will not charge for extra services, they are neat and tidy, and will respect your home. They are also reasonably priced. Thanks
