Have been doing my taxes, and family members taxes for several years. Polite, professional and reasonable. I would highly recommend this business to anyone searching for a tax preparer who makes you feel comfortable, and at the same time is competent.
I serve as Chairperson of a small non-profit organization based in Brooklyn/Queens. We paid Sofokles Tax Services to do our end of year accounting and state & federal tax filings. They made basic mistakes with both our federal and state tax filings and our good faith attempts to work with them to remedy the errors were met with unanswered emails and intentionally dropped calls.
