Not as expected. A lot of money for a night and the whole room diary, sheets filthy, etc. My UV light told me enough.. Tried WhatsApp (they are going for it) to get another blanket as it was freezing (air con it does 24.5) and I have Raynauld's. Nope, not after 22:30. We had a couples’ spa session that included access to a sauna, a massage, and a facial. The staff was friendly and professional. The sauna was a small room with a glass door that had gaps, allowing cold and hot air to escape. It wasn’t the best sauna experience, but we didn’t have high expectations since saunas aren’t common in Australia. The massage was good, but the facial was a disappointment.
