Meet Sofia My name is Sofia, I am a Remedial Massage Therapist. My philosophy to wellness is driven by a passionate interest in the mind, body, soul connection and the synergy between the three. Wellness is at the forefront when co-designing individual programs to meet the health needs of clients. Sofia’s Wellness incorporates Remedial Massage, Life Coaching and Meditation, a synthesis of all three or just one of these tools, with the focus on clients’ needs and goals.

Sofia was amazing! She customed my massage to what I wanted, made me feel so comfortable and relaxed, highly recommend!!!
I have had remedial massages before I personally thought it was average. I go to the Chiropractor there, that’s how I booked a massage . I did think that the area was not conducive for relaxing atmosphere. It was very noisy. There was doors, banging people talking loudly. I also Thought the price was a bit excessive and the fact that they are charging 11% GST not the standard rate of 10%. Sophia is very nice person . So the price is, she is charging do not correlate with the prices that she has on her Facebook page.
The best massage I have ever had, Sofia is very skilled and an absolute delight to deal with! Highly recommend
I had such a good experience here. The rooms were beautiful, Sofia is knowledgeable and talented and very attuned to her clients needs. I would definitely recommend this place.
