I literally got calls that started with "ok, I couldn't sleep last night because I was trying to figure out how to get this done the best way possible- here's what I think." Admittedly, we had a complex process because I'm a business owner with variable income sources, peaks and troughs, and two different companies. Not exactly straightforward.
