Sofia is amazing. She’s such a nice person and clearly knows what she’s doing. She really targets problem areas and offers suggestions along the way along with exercises to do at home. Will 100% be a long term client of hers. Highly recommend!

It is often difficult finding a massage therapist in Milton, as they all seem to have 5 stars ratings. I have tried at least 7 massage therapists within Milton and Oakville. Sofia is easily the best of them all. I have already booked myself for a 2nd session, and booked my wife a session with Sofia as well. Highly recommend!
