I saw Sofia for a hypnosis session for some stress related issues I had been experiencing. She listened, validated and performed hypnosis. She taught me how to relax and centre myself. After the session, I felt more clarity, more comfortable with my life situation, more validated and more relaxed. I highly recommend Sofia.
