I recently had the privilege of attending a session with Sofia K, and I can't express enough how deeply it impacted me. Sophia changed my life. Through her sessions, I found out my potentials, I convinced myself I’m a good person, I realized how much I’m loved by my family and friends. I began to explore my inner world, and started to know what should I do when I get an inner chaos. Also I got a chance to experience hypnosis and reiki which I have no knowledge about. I saw Sofia for a hypnosis session for some stress related issues I had been experiencing. She listened, validated and performed hypnosis. She taught me how to relax and centre myself. After the session, I felt more clarity, more comfortable with my life situation, more validated and more relaxed. I highly recommend Sofia.
I had a hard week last week, and booked a reiki appointment with Sofia to help centre myself, and give myself a bit of peace. Sofia is amazing, and I leave feeling so light and with a much calmer mind. I’m looking forward to attending her Stress-free Monday healing group sessions.
I worked with Sofia a few times and the results were incredible!! All of a sudden I was able to make the hard choices and do the things I needed to do to make myself healthier. With her help I’ve quit nicotine, started exercising regularity and am now a healthy weight for the first time since my teen years. I never could have got this far without her! If you need to make big changes but just can’t push yourself to “start” call Sofia!!! You won’t regret it ❤️
