Great service from the time I first visited the showroom and received superb service from Caroline Phillips, she was really patient and worked with me to help me choose the right fabrics. Placing the order was simple and Caroline kept in touch with updates on progress. The furniture was delivered today, the two delivery guys were very good and took their time to explain everything about the furniture. The quality of the furniture is excellent, yes it's expensive but from my experience it's worth every penny!
We visited multiple sofa shops sitting on every sofa, and the ones in sofas and stuff were by far the most comfortable and best looking, so we made our order in store straight away. Nikki helped us choose fabric for our favourite sofa while giving our dog Oscar attention too, and later sorted our delivery logistics. A couple of months later and the sofas were delivered carefully via our back garden by their own team who also made sure to apply felt pads and show us how to plump up the cushions. Lovely shop with a range of different sofa styles and fabric options. Caroline was extremely helpful and accommodating when I visited the showroom and provided mulitple different colour scheme visualisations. I would highly recommend Sofas and Stuff.
