I had a wonderful experience when ordering my sofa with Sofas Direct. I was assisted by Lyn at the Hawthorn store. She was incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable particularly in regards to facric choices. She kept me informed at every stage of the process. My sofa arrived exactly when I was expecting it to. It's comfy, high quality, and beautiful. And I love that it was made in Australia.
Ordered a couch from them a few years ago and it was the worst retail experience I have ever had. The couch arrived with multiple mistakes and looked appalling. They refused to take any responsibility for it and I was abused by the Hawthorn manager and the Armadale owner. Calls and emails went unanswered and I lost money. Put me off ever getting a couch made again.
Best selection of cushions in Melbourne, with a carefully curated range of on trend and high quality fabrics in various colours, sizes and and textures. A special thanks to the lovely Helen who assisted me on two occassions with styling advice ensuring I left with exactly what I was after.
Would never go anywhere else for a sofa, not that we’ll need to now for a while! We were looked after by Fiona who was friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, the sofas are a little more expensive than what you would pay at a large chain, but the quality is exceptional and we are so happy with our new sofas. Thank you
