Ordered a couch from them a few years ago and it was the worst retail experience I have ever had. The couch arrived with multiple mistakes and looked appalling. They refused to take any responsibility for it and I was abused by the Hawthorn manager and the Armadale owner. Calls and emails went unanswered and I lost money. Put me off ever getting a couch made again.
Best selection of cushions in Melbourne, with a carefully curated range of on trend and high quality fabrics in various colours, sizes and and textures. A special thanks to the lovely Helen who assisted me on two occassions with styling advice ensuring I left with exactly what I was after.
Would never go anywhere else for a sofa, not that we’ll need to now for a while! We were looked after by Fiona who was friendly and knowledgeable. Yes, the sofas are a little more expensive than what you would pay at a large chain, but the quality is exceptional and we are so happy with our new sofas. Thank you

We had a fantastic experience with sofas direct and particularly our sales advisor Fiona. We looked everywhere for a sofa that would fit our space properly and be comfortable to sit on (for two tall people). Fiona was fantastic all the way through and very patient when we couldn’t make up our mind. We got exactly what we wanted and it fully justified spending the little extra compared to high street options.
