I had a great experience with the staff at this store. I was thrilled to be able to buy my couch right off the floor (not all couches were available that way) and have it delivered the very next day! Winning! Only reason giving it 4 stars is because prices were a little high comparatives to other local stores.
I came in the store on 7/21 when absolutely no one was in there and they completely ignore and did not acknowledge me at all. Not even a “Hi, Welcome in” but I saw there were champagne glasses out for previous guest. Interesting.
The entire staff is exceptional, especially Jess. She has an eye for detail and made purchasing furniture fun. Everything feels custom and luxurious.
Amazing showroom, AMAZING customer service! Local family owned. I highly recommend shopping here! Friendly faces, willing to help me with any concerns I had.
Absolutely beautiful showroom, but that is where the beauty ends. I purchased a VERY expensive sofa from Sofas & Chairs last year. When my custom piece arrived to my home, half of the sofa was white linen and the other half was the fabric I selected. I'm not sure how this made it by their "quality control" but it arrived with two very different colors and fabrics.
