Absolutely beautiful showroom, but that is where the beauty ends. I purchased a VERY expensive sofa from Sofas & Chairs last year. When my custom piece arrived to my home, half of the sofa was white linen and the other half was the fabric I selected. I'm not sure how this made it by their "quality control" but it arrived with two very different colors and fabrics. This seems like a pretty obvious mistake and one that Sofas & Chairs could resolve easily with their vendor/sales rep. Short story - that was not the case. We had ... read more
