We bought a floor model from them. Dresser’s lED light was not working since the day of installation. We tried several times to contact them to inform this, when we got connected to the lady who sold the model, she mentioned that according to the company you need to drop the equipment at the store or pay the transportation fee. Not happy with the purchase at all.. we purchased king size furniture set less than two years ago for bedroom…first of all we had to wait longer than expected time for the delivery the reason they stated was lack of delivery boys which we accepted. I had to call everytime to enquire about delivery. it was more than a month.. Now its not even full two years since we have purchased the furniture…. After a year only the paint/ wood color is getting faded and it looks like scratches everywhere, not only on one piece but all the ... read more
