This is by far one of the best places for quality sofas with a massive selection and different types. Reasonable pricing and great service. I remember walking in with sweat pants and a hoodie and there were 3 sales people there by the right hand side corner bed. They didn't greet us or anything, didn't even approach to ask us what we were looking for n probly thought we were window shopping and then abiut 5-7 minutes later, a gentleman by the name of Nick shows up. Very bad customer service
A delivery driver for this company was delivering a few doors over and decided to use our driveway to turn around in ( along with our neighbours driveway). In doing so he left skid marks and also drove over our rock landscaping which when he did the clay got compacted hence creating a drainage issue. I sent the company a video of the incident and they did come and cleanup the marks on the driveway but now we are left to deal with fixing the rock/drainage area. We had an awesome experience with Nordic Holdings on the delivery of our new couch. They were accommodating in my change of delivery date three times. On delivery day Mike and Tracy had a challenging job fitting the sofa through a set of doors. They were great problem solvers and worked extremely hard to make it happen without damaging the couch or walls. Upon entering they took off their shoes, unwrapped our sofa and put it into place.
