Unfortunately we had some problems with our order and the salesman we dealt with is no longer there. Loucinda, in customer service, was calm, easy to speak with and understood our situation. She kept us up to date on what was happening and we felt the whole time a remedy was being worked through by SofaLab. We understand mistakes get made, but how companies deal with them is what’s important- in our case brilliant and thank you (especially to Loucinda).
We purchased The Apollo lounge from Alberto in Dandenong and just had it delivered. We love it and it looks beautiful. Great quality and great service. We will definitely recommend to friends and family and would buy from them again!
