Brilliant experience buying a sofa with the help of Ady. He helped direct us in the right direction giving us valuable insight into the type of sofa we were looking for along with sizing/arrangement that we specifically needed. The customer service by him was great and would greatly recommend buying a sofa from this company.
Went to the Calligaris in Lakeside today to buy a dining room table & 4 chairs. We ended up buying not only a beautiful dining room table, 4 chairs, but also a 3-seater settee & 1 armchair!!! We were really pleased being able to find exactly what we wanted in one place thanks to the expertise from Karen. She explained & showed us all the different colours & styles available. Couldn't fault the service at all.
I bought my sofa in January, heading into May and I have no idea when it will be here. Friendly and helpful staff who don't put the pressure on. But they also pass the buck once they have your money. I have chased and chased just for an update on my sofa which is almost at the end of the delivery window. All they could say is it hasn't been built (in Turkey) yet and couldn't even guess when it would be built let alone delivered.
