So far, we’ve been waiting nearly 6 months for an order that was 2-3 months. I have had to chase this company several times and they are unable to provide an update. We’ve never received a phone call to inform us of delays, we’ve sent emails that they have no responded to I attempted to cancel me order after 4 months which they said we are unable to do. As for the quality, I can comment because I still do not have my products. If I could go back in time, I’d just order from sofology, far better service!

We ordered a sofa from this shop in February and were supposed to received in end of April/early May. Delayed multiple times. It’s mid June now and there is still no sign of the sofa. They kindly offered free delivery but very disappointed about how long it is taking.
