Poor customer service, went in with my partner in search of a new sofa, the very first sofa we sat down on to try out, we were welcomed with an employee who awkwardly rushed over to us, almost as if to check whether we were causing trouble and proceeded to ask if we needed any help, which I promptly responded “no thank you we’re just having a browse”. Amazing customer service. Didn’t pressure us at all, just let us wander around until we asked questions. Ended up buying a sofa and we are coming back to buy a sofa bed next week. The guy (didn’t get your name sorry) was very good, knew everything and didn’t push at all for anything. Just seemed quite genuine which was refreshing.
Very rude customer service, I have spoken to a lady called Charlotte, and she was very rude and unprofessional, at the end she’s just ended the chat without talking, they just put on all trash on sale, and when you would like to return the unwanted product, this is how they are treating customers, and I had to pay for the return and insurance of the products. Very insecure store, never purchase with them no more _______
