Sofa build quality superb and delivery guys were awesome, but the lad on front desk is unorganised, inept at his job, can't keep promises and either forgets very easily or lies, neither of which is good. Need someone who can run an office and works 5 days a week! Scumbag company.

This is the biggest scandal we have ever experienced in our life’s. We have just bought a sofa from sofa world wales over 3 weeks ago and then on the same day we bought the sofa we have cancelled it then we have informed them via email that we would like to cancel the sofa but they never responded,we have constantly every day called,messaged,emailed but they never responded to us. First of all the build and quality of the sofas are great and the boys in the warehouse do a good job. Where this place falls down is at its management tier. We ordered a sofa that specifically wanted dark stained legs/feet. The sofa got delivered with the wrong ones. I have spent weeks asking for the correct ones to be changed of which they have been promised for 2 months now and still not arrived.
