Starting with my salesperson Norma who was very helpful, knowledgeable without pushing for a sale. Happy with the quality of the products. Timely delivery ahead of schedule. The delivery of the furniture by Chris and Tyler went very well. They were in a very good mood (which was pleasant) careful, attentive and conscious of the freshly painted walls. Not a scratch!! I called the store manager to share my very positive experience. Would not hesitate to go back or send my friends. Thank you!
We are thrilled with the service, delivery, and quality of our new pieces. We purchased a Mcgann Recliner Rocker, and an Asanti Fog by Ashley sofa. Both are incredibly comfortable and exceptionally well made. Norma was very helpful through the entire process. The delivery men were very friendly and knowledgeable. We recently bought furniture for our living room and what a pleasant experience we had! We dealt with Sheryl Jones, store Manager, who is very knowledgeable, professional, pleasant and fun to deal with. We found that the store had a lot of inventory and offers good quality, Canadian made furniture which can be customized to your liking. Norma was fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. We had many questions about how the sofa would be delivered but she was super reassuring and knew exactly what she was talking about. The delivery team lead by Chris were cheerful, clean, professional and efficient. No issues scheduling or with the somewhat complex logistics of reaching our condo. Next time I need a sofa I’d be happy to come back here.
