I purchased a sofa. Melanie sold me the sofa. She was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, extremely knowlegeable, and went the extra mile. Chris and Arron delivered my sofa. Truly friendly, respectful and experts at naviating corners and doorways. Hands down this has been the best experience I have had buying furniture. To the manager... you are extremely fortunate to have Mel , Chris and Arron staff members. Treat them well because they are the reason you will have repeat customers! They are your biggest asset.
Starting with my salesperson Norma who was very helpful, knowledgeable without pushing for a sale. Happy with the quality of the products. Timely delivery ahead of schedule. The delivery of the furniture by Chris and Tyler went very well. They were in a very good mood (which was pleasant) careful, attentive and conscious of the freshly painted walls. Not a scratch!! I called the store manager to share my very positive experience. Would not hesitate to go back or send my friends. Thank you!
