My father recently purchased a beautiful accent chair at SofaWorld, with the help of Norma. It's a Canadian product, that looks like a sculpture and meets all my father's needs for a recliner. The service was outstanding. We outlined what we were looking for and Norma presented the options in a friendly and courteous manner. My father is thrilled by his purchase and I'm thrilled by the experience.
Norma Saba pointed us in the direction once she knew what we were looking for she was a pleasure to deal with and would recommend her to friends and family. Chris and Tyler were also a pleasure to have in our home to complete our delivery. Thanks again for quick affect service and delivery we are enjoying our new sofa.

Great experience with sofa world. We recently bought a couch which was just delivered and decided to go back & buy the matching chair. We received excellent service from Zack, he went out of his way to ensure we got what we were looking for. In addition, the delivery team (Chris & Tyler) were great, very personable.
I bought a $6,000 Palliser recliner from Sofa World, and after only two years a major 2 inch thick metal part snapped in two — clearly a manufacturing defect. Instead of taking responsibility or to keep their supplier responsible, they saying the retailer has no responsibility and that they were doing me a favour by “negotiating with the supplier.” This is misleading.
