Bought my first leather sofa from sofa world and had the best experiene. Great shooping experience and even better delivery. The delivery guys were friendly, informative, very careful and professional. The sales floor reps. were down to earth and felt like long time friends! Above and beyond highly recommend!
Having recently purchased a Sofa Bed from Sofa World St Laurent, we are very pleased with the service received in all regards. This applies not only to the in-store service, but also to the delivery people who receive top marks in all respects.....professionalism, competence and customer relations! Since we have only now received the product, we are unable to comment on its durability or warranty aspects (hopefully not required). The fact that it was made in Canada was a critical factor in our choice of product.
We bought a couch and had full delivery with setup. The delivery guys, Chris and Keith, were fantastic. They were very careful and completely professional while still being very friendly during the entire process.
I bought a sofa bed from Sofa World and the service was top-tier. Norma, the sales associate, was professional and patient as she guided me through the financing process. Chris and Tyler took such care delivering the sofa and manoeuvred a strange angle in my apartment like pros!
