I purchased a leather sectional last year and my sales rep Amanda ensured I could leave it in their warehouse until I moved. From the early stages of shopping around until the day of my delivery, Amanda has provided exceptional customer service. She was quick to answer my emails and calls and did not hesitate to respond. Amazing team. Amanada is the best sales associate ever. Really knows her stuff. And the delivery people were top notch. Sofa World held our order for us until we were ready. Then they had it to us right away. Amazing all around.
I purchased a sectional from Sofa World that was on clearance. Honestly, I wasn’t fond of the color, but my husband liked it, so we compromised and agreed to go ahead with it. The sectional already had visible tears in two spots, and when we asked Luke (the staff member) what had happened, he explained that the damage occurred when it was being moved into the showroom. Amanda gave us excellent service at this location. She really knew her stuff about condo sized couches. I visited a few other stores, The Brick and Leon's and they didn't compare in terms of her knowledge. Other stores were just about the sale and nothing else. Amanda went above & beyond.
