I am very disappointed with my experience with Sofaword. We purchased a product that arrived damaged at the time of delivery. We immediately rejected it and informed the company. They offered a replacement, which we also declined. We never accepted or used any product. Despite this, Sofaword is insisting on charging us a 25% cancellation fee, which is completely unfair and goes against our consumer rights under Ontario law. Charging a penalty for a defective item that was never accepted or used is both abusive and unethical.... read more
I had no idea that buying a couch required so much calculation and thought but thankfully the wonderful people at Sofaworld did.
