Great selection... Lots of made in Canada choices. Rema was so amazing to deal with... She knew all of her products inside and out. Don't bother with La Z Boy unless you have unlimited funds... On June 17, 2026, salesperson Rima Rizk worked with to us select two loveseats and a wing chair for our living room. Her friendly manner put us at ease right away. Rima's experience, professionalism, and expertise made the ordering process smooth and easy. The furniture arrived when expected and was set up as requested. Went to Sofa World a year ago as Canadian made products. Trustee salesperson to order what we’d decided upon so signed, only to find out she made a huge error and it was a real pain to rectify. Made it seem as though it was our fault - guess it was for being trusting. Generally a very stressful and frustrating experience. Delivery was great and had paid for white glove service.
