We recently bought a custom Trendline sofa bed at Sofa World on Merivale. Rima was wonderful throughout the process, super helpful and kind! She went above and beyond to make sure we found the right sofa for us and within our price range. We are very happy with our choice. Great store and best sofa choices. The best part is that there are so many Canadian made choices. Their delivery team - Chris and Tyler specifically- were absolutely amazing!
First time visiting this furniture store. The agent was helping me find a sofa when other customers came in, and she left me to assist them instead. She said she had an appointment, took my phone number, and told me she would check what was in stock and send me the options. Unfortunately, I never heard back from her. Very disappointing customer service!
Customer service is excellent. Amanda was very helpful during the buying process. I recommend her for her skills and was always helpful and responsive. Unfortunately my experience with the chosen product is not satisfying at all. After buying a very expensive sofa, and making a complaint about the custom made sofa, the sofa' s company is not going to do anything.
