We were referred to this company through a friend and let me just say that we were ecstatic when we received our sofa. The entire process of our custom sofa went very smooth. Vincent had great ideas and suggestions and we ended up taking every recommendation he mentioned (color, size, fabric, etc.) I would recommend them. You will not be disappointed.
The owner Vincent and his team went out of their way multiple times to ensure I was satisfied with my couch. We had a creaking issue with our couch initially but after reaching out to the team someone was sent out immediately to inspect and fix. The couch is also so comfortable best couch I have ever had.
Best sofa buying experience ever . We absolutely love our sofa. Everything we wanted and at a very reasonable price. Everyone was so patient with us every step of the way. Highly recommend!!
I went into Sofa U Love with an exact image in my mind of what I wanted. I met with Caryn McShane, she listened, and drew out just what I was looking for -- two small settees, slipcovered (washable -- I have animals) in white. The pieces were delivered on time and then I asked her to help with an old armchair. We searched the fabric swatches and I found the perfect pattern, just what I was looking for. This is such an amazing place to purchase a sofa or chairs. They have the best selection, outstanding customer service and fabulous quality products. Caryn is the best! She is so knowledgeable of the product and will make sure your product and experience is superb! Don't go anywhere else to purchase a sofa. You won't regret it!
