Great experience overall. I was happy with the knowledgable salesperson Marina, a simple order process, the cozy showroom, the sofa I ordered, and seamless delivery. the sofa was made of high quality and comfortable materials. I highly recommend this place!
This place should be everyone's go to place for high quality custom sofa with excellent customer service. Over the last few years I have had two large sectional sofa's custom made from Sofa you love and I had one sofa reupholstered. It actually looks even better than when I first purchased the sofa!! Caryn at the Thousand Oaks location is hands down the best in customer service, she is very knowledgeable friendly and has a great attitude. I have purchased many items from Sofa U love over the last 25 years and just updated my chair and a half chaise with the new arm style. Can't say enough about Caryn, Vincent and the delivery crew. Communicative, timely, great follow up, nothings a problem. And I love my new chaise ! To another 25 years!
