I went into Sofa U Love with an exact image in my mind of what I wanted. I met with Caryn McShane, she listened, and drew out just what I was looking for -- two small settees, slipcovered (washable -- I have animals) in white. The pieces were delivered on time and then I asked her to help with an old armchair. We searched the fabric swatches and I found the perfect pattern, just what I was looking for. This is such an amazing place to purchase a sofa or chairs. They have the best selection, outstanding customer service and fabulous quality products. Caryn is the best! She is so knowledgeable of the product and will make sure your product and experience is superb! Don't go anywhere else to purchase a sofa. You won't regret it!

This place should be everyone's go to place for high quality custom sofa with excellent customer service. Over the last few years I have had two large sectional sofa's custom made from Sofa you love and I had one sofa reupholstered. It actually looks even better than when I first purchased the sofa!! Caryn at the Thousand Oaks location is hands down the best in customer service, she is very knowledgeable friendly and has a great attitude.
