BUYER BEWARE! I ordered a chair from the HB location in October 2010. It arrived with damage to one of the arms. We sent it back for repair and it was returned in worse shape, there were cuts and abrasions in the leather from mishandling and they didn't even repair the arm. We didn't even take it home we had them send it back again for repair and they took forever. 3 months, still waiting for corrected sofas – I ordered two identical sofas from Sofa U Love on 10/5/11. When they arrived, the quality was poor. The back cushions had 2 throw pillow cushions stuffed in each, and the dimensions were not what I had ordered. The padding on the back and sides of the sofas was sub-par and thin, making it possible to feel the frame through the fabric. They said they would make it right, and would remake the sofas. Liars and scammers – 2 days before my new sofa was to be delivered the salesman called and demanded I pay another $200.00 for it. I had pre-paid the balance and had a receipt showing it was paid in full. They refused to deliver it, I'm still fighting with them! Do not buy from them, run, don't walk out of their stores.

Would definitely recommend to check their store. – I live in a small studio and was looking for the perfect functional piece of furntiure that would be adequate as a couch, but also provide additional sleeping space for guests. While I really wish I had space for a full couch, this does the trick for living in really small spaces. Would definitely recommend to check their store and pick what's right for you.
