Easy shopping! Lots to choose from! My husband and I went in for a living room the other day and found a great sofa group. It was a floor sample so we got a good deal and they delivered it to us a few days later. The people were so nice and not pushy at all. They were so much fun to work with. You can also order other pieces and fabrics too. If you are looking for great furniture go to Sofas Unlimited!

No stars here. Today was my second, less than pleasant, visit to this store and it will be my last. The sales lady who talked to us was very unprofessional and rude. We were looking at 2 particular brands based on online reviews- she wanted to know just where we found those reviews and argued they were wrong to the point of discussing it with another staff associate and telling us that she agreed with her. Craptastic.... 2 thousand dollars for sofa's that fell apart in less then 6 months! NO customer service, they never call you back and try to hurry you off the phone, 3 weeks for parts it's been 3 months nows and not even a phone call! Huge mistake shopping here, never again! I really would love my money back and buy a set from a company that has standards...
great place to shop Stopped in this store to just check it out. We ended up buying a whole living room set. The people were so friendly and not pushy at all. They let us know what they were all about and didnt follow us around. WE ended up purchasing a sofa, loveseat and a recliner and got to pick out own fabric too. It was a lot of fun. Their prices were great! I reccomend this place to anyone, check it out. The place is huge!
horrible service I ordered a bedroom set and was told it came with a night stand, dresser and mirror, and a bed. I received everything except for my bed! They sent a headboard only. I called because on my bill it says headboard, fb, sides. What am I suppossed to do with a headboard by itself? Pretend it's an entire bed and call it a day? I called and they pretty much told me I was obviously mistaken and hung up. I would never go back to this poor excuse for a business ever again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE.....THIS BUSINESS DESERVES NO STARS... Biggest rip off ever. Do your research and scan the internet. All reviews are negative!!!! They are very unprofessional and rude!!!!!!1 They do not back up warrantees.
