Bought a sectional from them during the end of the “Covid” shortage. The sectional we picked out was said to be built in North Carolina and wasn’t their cheapest option. Needless to say, after 6 months of waiting we finally received the product. I knew it was going to be a long wait and was okay with that. We received the sectional and within one month the inside and outside arm collapsed from normal usage. First, I love the friendly service. I feel welcome, comfortable, and I know they listen to me when explaining what I am shopping for. I bought a sectional seven plus years ago, have a large family and large dog- the couch still looks amazing. I returned to buy a small, sleeper couch. Again, totally happy with product. I recommend friends and family to shop Sofa Selections.
Best customer service by far. I purchased a reclining sofa and loveseat from them. We had it for a few months when the reclining mechanism broke. I called the Harrisburg store and spoke with Holly. I explained the issue to her and she scheduled someone to come out and service the mechanism. The service tech showed up when I was told he would. He was very polite and respectful of my home. The customer service was great. I love my recliners. They even helped me out by putting in a wand to power the chair I use, since I'm to short to reach the button on the side. I'm looking forward to buying from them again in the future. They reasonable with pricing.
