I'll start by saying the couch that I purchased was great. I got a sleeper sofa which was what I wanted. I was frustrated because I was told I could customize the couch and then when I agreed to purchase it, I was informed that it would take over 8 weeks for any "customization" including adding a simple memory foam mattress. This was fine, but my real complaint lies with the sales associate who helped me. He told me that I could get an interest free LOAN for 3 years for the purchase of this couch. Great experience buying a couch here. The salesman was not pushy at all, he let us walk around and try out the ones we liked at our own pace. We financed our couch through them and that process was very easy. The couch was at the warehouse within two weeks and pick-up was a breeze. We will definitely be going back when we are in need of more furniture.
