I have the Hamptons sofa chair and ottoman. It is beautiful, and great quality however, it is just sooo uncomfortable. I have talked to several people and no one will allow me to return it. I've even offered to exchange it for something in the store and as well as offered to take LESS credit then what I originally paid... and nothing! Now it's been 9 months and I'm stuck with it. So disappointed! After waiting 3 months for my special order couch, it comes damaged. They said they'd order a replacement piece so a month later they come out to deliver and it's the wrong piece! They try again and 3 more months go by before my new piece arrives and there's a HUGE snag down the back!! They just say 'there's nothing we can do, but we'll order another piece'. So now I'm waiting...again! And my new couch looks terrible, in the meantime. Wish I'd never gone to Sofa Mart!!
