We came back to Sofaland because we bought a sofa set 28 yrs ago and still looks brand new! We were very pleased with the service of Sunjan Lee, very nice no pressure sales! Beautiful selection and very reasonable prices. The 2 gentleman that delivered the sofa were very efficient and kind, took away all wrapping and made sure everything worked before they left.
I recently purchased a few pieces of furniture from Sofa Land and worked with Prabhjyot Singh at the South Common location. From the outset Prab was respectful and patient while I looked (and looked!) around the showroom for the right pieces. Not once did he ever pressure me to make a decision. Sofaland was wonderful. Once we decided on our sofa, the process was seamless. The sofa was delivered that same week and the delivery people were amazing. They took extreme care not only of our new sofa, but of our home as well. Once delivered, they tested all functionality and ensured that the sofa was what I ordered, where I wanted and worked as expected. Above and beyond in every way. Very polite and actually caring.
