Delivery guys were great, even after I changed my mind on placement they took the couch apart and rearranged it for me happily. They took extra care to not damage any walls etc and were fast and efficient. Great experience!
I loved my new leather sofa. Within a few weeks there was a problem with a motor and they came out and fixed it right away. Unfortunately, since that time we have had peeling on our sofa. We contacted the warranty center and my husband sent pictures and they agreed to repair it. They told us they would take our couch for a number of months. My husband asked me about it and when we tried to reach out again, we were unable to contact the person we spoke to.
