We purchased a reclining couch January 11th and the sales portion of it was very good. Our sales lady was super to deal with and reassured us Sofa Land takes customer service seriously. We brought the couch home and immediately had issues. Arm rest wasn't proper, remote malfunctioned, heat wouldn't turn off and couch squeaks awful. We contacted the service Department and that's where our good experience ended. It took a very long time to get any response back, I had to call to remind them to book a service call. Matt was very personable and knowledgeable about their furniture and warranties. He gave us good tips for caring for our leather chairs. Overall great service and lovely products!
Had the best experience with Matthew at Sofa Land! He took the time to answer all our questions, never made me feel rushed or pressed me to purchase that day, and they deliver to Fort McMurray. Had a great afternoon at Sofa Land. Highly recommend as they are a family run business and the furniture is Canadian made!! Just waiting for my furniture to be delivered 😀
