Great selection of sofas
I would like to share my experience at Sofa Land in South Calgary. Jake Koetler was the salesperson we dealt with. He was amazing. He listened to what we were looking for and knew his information on the sofas. He was not persistent that we buy immediately and let us take our time to decide what we wanted to purchase. I would recommend asking for Jake if anyone is looking for living room furniture at Sofa Land. We need more salespeople like him. Congratulations Jake on being so amazing. Anna and Paul Lombardo
We purchased a section from them and it looks great - however, when we needed a replacement cushion their incompetence showed. It took 8 weeks for the cushion to arrive and when it did it turns out they ordered the wrong one! They simply told me it’s not their fault and it will be another 8 weeks without a cushion. They did nothing to compensate for the inconvenience and refused to even refund my visa for the incorrect cushion I purchased (they said best they could do is mail a cheque in 10 days). Bought a sectional and a chair. The chair wash totally different than the showroom for back height. Phoned the salesperson and was told to contact the service department. And told it was custom order which it was the floor model just brought it in and they sold it as choose what you want. Was told they could take the chair back but would take off 30%. Once the collect they do not care. Ask questions before you buy they say they don’t discount but the defiantly do not service neither.
