I special ordered a chair and when it was delivered, it had barely any stuffing in the back and you could feel the springs coming thru. Now, over 2 months later, I'm still waiting for a replacement and was told that my order was lost in the system. Now I'm waiting another 2 or more weeks for this chair (only the back). Will I ever have a whole chair? Is everyone aware that their furniture is now being made in China? (Klaussman's) If I had know before hand, I would not have purchased from them.
