Customer experience when I purchased my couch was great - sold the dream of an extremely ‘good quality couch.’ Now one of the worst experiences in my life was at this store - spent over $2000 on a couch and have had it all of 3 months and the couch has broken. This company refuses to do anything about it and claims it is my fault without inspecting the piece or offering any follow up. Would not recommend shopping here unless the couch is just going to be looked at and not sat on.
