Bought two sofas from Sofa City, one electric recliners and one manual recliners. Warranty out of time so when the pull handle on the manual sofa broke had Finishing Touch come out to my house and repair it. The repairman was knowledgeable, friendly, and gave extra attention to details that others had missed. Totally recommend Finishing Touch!
Picked up chair I bought today. A group of people were standing toward the back I guess making fun of my last name thinking they were funny. I started to walk back and get a refund, decided it wasn't worth it. Picked up my chair and won't be back again to that clown show.

Spent $5000.00 on a new set of adjustable Twin XL beds and Tempur Pedic Mattresses from Caleb. Caleb was great, but they told us about the sleep trial and told us to call if we had issues and they would fix us up. Was told that an upgrade to the Tempur Pedic Adapt Pro Soft would be $400.00. Called and spoke to JB because my mattress was too hard. he said I had to wait until after 30 days to exchange it. When I did he said it would $550.00 to upgrade.
