No after sale service. Sofa arrived with damaged feet and stains. When you tried to contact the store, they are too busy to help and keep referring to contact other departments. Quality of the sofa is not the same as the ones in the showroom
We are very pleased with the service we had from Jaci . Our sofa's are beautiful and so comfortable. When we received our sofa's we noticed one cushion wasn't as firm as the others. We called Custom Sofa to have it checked and have had prompt and in home service. We were so impressed with the fact that they come into your home to do the inspection and to fix the issue.
