Very disappointed, i came today with my family from Toronto and left without buying anything due to parking issue i had been waiting for 30 minutes and people are fighting over parking, very unprofessional.
I had a very disappointing experience with Sodhi Furniture regarding their parking claims. They are telling people that multiple parking spots belong to them and are preventing Apna Mart customers from parking there. This feels very unethical and creates unnecessary inconvenience for shoppers in the plaza. If the parking is shared plaza parking, no single business should be claiming it unfairly. We had great experience during our visit to the store, great deal, huge variety and customer service. Karam helped us alot in buying stuff for our new house, he was very friendly and supportive, listened to our need and gave tremendous suggestions. He even supported in after sale service for delivery as we had super short duration but everything went smoothly.
I’ve been visiting this location for years and There’s an employee name Karam, he’s the worst face of Sodhi Furniture’s service. I was at the Kennedy location today and I asked for help, his attitude was extremely worst, He walked away and when I asked for help again, his face makes me feel that I’m at the worst location.
