The person was so arrogant and rude. These people don't even know how to talk to customers properly. We really liked a small dining table but the guy was absolutely unwilling to adjust anything. We were not haggling to redice prices just requesting to adjust the chairs...he entertained us for a few minutes, then literally walked away towards his office. These people are not doing any favours by keeping the store open. There are plenty of place with better options...
Very rude owner dont know how to talk arrogant and dont even want to listen
I’m very disappointed with the customer service, especially after noticing similar concerns in other reviews. Today, I called to ask a quick question about current deals, as we are traveling from quite a distance and wanted to avoid an unnecessary trip. Unfortunately, the person who answered the call responded by saying, “I have many customers to attend to—you have to visit here,” in a manner that came across as dismissive and rude.
