We’ve toured this facility twice. The second time we took our mother. Maria Whitehurst was so informative and very helpful. When touring with our mother we met so many friendly residents who seemed eager for our mom to join them. The facility is beautiful and so very clean with a wonderful (non nursing home) smell. No odor of urine or disinfectant noted. We’re all so excited for our mom to join this community in her beautiful courtyard view room.
Maria and her staff are amazing. They take such wonderful care of everyone there. They are always having fun events for them. Love seeing all the smiles
Admin is great and everyone communicates so well! Great attitudes would 100% recommend, it is ran so smoothly!
This is a wonderful place to have your loved ones cone too with a sense of community and belonging that is unmatched to any establishment I have ever encountered. It's impeccably well maintained and managed with employees who are willing to go above and beyond to accommodate your loved ones. Hands down the best place around for independent living that I would recommend!
What an awesome environment! I have participated in many events at Defuniak Sodalis and enjoyed watching the residents having fun and enjoying themselves. The staff have an obvious caring attitude and it shows. The facility is always neat and tidy and displays an air of elegance. Great place to, beautiful residents and wonderful staff!!
