The employee that brings one a heated pad at the beginning of physical therapy does his job well. Alas, I was very disappointed with the services of the #1 assistant, receptionist and with other assistants. Worse of all was hearing the #1 assistant discuss the nature of the work and work ethics with another person on a table next to mine. I could not go back after hearing this conversation and would not want to be near either of these two people, let alone in the same room.
